Search Here for Facility Information
Note: Before submitting a Public Records Request, or to obtain records yourself, please search our database to attempt to find a facility number if you do not already have one. Facility numbers are used to identify releases, submit documents, register tanks, obtain permits…etc. for locations in Ohio that have Underground Storage Tanks. When searching our database, please note that it is best to enter as little information in the search as possible. For instance, only put the street numbers with no street name in the address box or alternatively only the street name with no numbers (or words like street, avenue, road, drive…etc.). Do not try to fill in every box on the form. Entering as little information in the search as possible will enhance your chances of locating the facility number you need.
